6 slices bread (brown or white),
½ cup grated cheese,
½ tsp red chilli powder,
2 tsp corn flour,
¼ cup milk,
2 finely chopped green chillies,
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves,
A pinch of baking powder,
Salt to taste,
Butter as required
Mix together all the ingredients except bread and butter.
Heat a non-stick pan. Dip each bread slices in the egg mixture and fry in the hot pan using a little butter. Cook on both sides.
Serve hot or warm with tomato sauce.
