Fruit and Raisin Smoothie
This is actually something my sister made,
I am merely posting it. Smoothies are very easy to make and quite filling you
can have it as a snack or even a light breakfast.
Ingredients
1 apple,
1 banana,
2 ripe mangoes,
½ cup raisins,
Some pistachio flakes,
½ cup of crushed ice
Method
Soak the raisins for about 10 minutes. In
the meanwhile peel, core and dice the apple and dice the bananas. Peel and dice
the mangoes too.
Freeze the fruits in the freezer till
frozen.
Blend the fruits, raisins and crushed ice
in a blender.
Serve in individual glasses decorated with
pistachio flakes.
