This is an everyday bhindi recipe. Something I make even without thinking and I know it will go well with the hubby either just with roti or with dal chawal.
¼ kg sliced ladyfingers,
1 small onion sliced (optional),
2 red halved dry chillies,
Sliced green chillies to taste,
Salt to taste,
Mustard oil as required
Heat mustard oil till it is smoking and dunk in the halved red chillies. Once they darken add the onion and fry till it just starts to turn pink. Adding onions is optional, I didn’t add it this time. Now add the sliced lady fingers and green chillies. Saute it for some time and then add the salt. Cook till done and it appears non sticky. Serve with rotis or dal chawal.
