Easy Pie

This is not really a pie but this is what we have called it since I started making it for my sister when she was little. Made it yesterday after many years as my sister has come visiting and hubby too liked it so might be making it more often.

50 grams refined flour,
50 grams grated cheese,
1 egg,
Milk as required,
Salt to taste,
Crushed black pepper,
1 tbsp butter,
Thin onion slices or 2 tbsp chopped onion,
Thin capsicum slices of 2 tbsp chopped capsicum,
Thin tomato slices or 2 tbsp chopped tomato (optional)

Mix the refined flour, cheese, egg, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Next add the milk and mix to form a pancake like batter, add as much milk as required.

Heat a non stick pan and heat the butter, pour the entire batter to form a circle. Sprinkle the onion, capsicum and tomato (if using) and cook covered for about 7-8 minutes. Serve warm with tomato-chilli sauce.
