Mughlai Pudina Chutney
I made this chutney a couple of days back
when we had chicken biriyani for dinner. This is a great accompaniment for
biriyani as well as kababs.
Ingredients
1 cup mint leaves,
1 small onion,
½ to ¾ cup of beaten curds,
1 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds,
Green chillies to taste,
Salt to taste
Method
Blend all the ingredients together into a
chutney like paste. Goes well with biriyani or kababs.
