Baked Vanilla Yogurt
I made this dessert the other day and
according to hubby it is the best dessert I ever made! And it is so simple to
make if you have all the ingredients and they are pretty basic ingredients too.
I got this recipe from Arundhati’s MySaffron Kitchen.
Ingredients
200 grams plain yoghurt,
200 ml condensed milk,
100 ml fresh cream,
2 tbsp honey,
1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
Whisk together all the five ingredients in
a mixing bowl and pour it into individual oven-safe bowls.
Pre-heat the oven for ten minutes at 150°C.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let it cool and refrigerate.
It is best serve chilled. You are sure to
love the silken texture of this lovely dessert.
