Egg Masala
This is an egg curry recipe my sister used
to like and I used to make it for her. The other day I made it again after many
years. Posting it here.
Ingredients
5 boiled and shelled eggs,
2 large onions,
4-5 green chillies or to taste,
1 inch piece of ginger,
2 tbsp ghee,
¾ cup milk,
Coriander leaves,
Salt to taste,
½ tsp powdered garam masala
Method
Grind onions, ginger and green chillies
into a fine paste. Heat ghee and fry the paste till the raw smell disappears.
Then add the milk and salt and cook till it thickens. Fold in the coriander
leaves and mix well. Slip in the halved eggs and sprinkle with the powdered
garam masala.
Goes well with rotis.
