Melon Smoothie
Smoothies make great in-between meal
snacks. As they are generally fruit based they have the goodness of fruits and
are filling too.
Ingredients
300 grams cubed deseeded watermelon,
300 grams cubed musk melon,
2 cups low fat yoghurt,
Sugar/honey as required (optional)
Method
Simply blend all the ingredients together
and pour into tall glasses. This will make 2 large glasses.
